Botanica Spiritvs gin is a complex and balanced gin both on the nose and the palate. The aroma is fruity and floral with notes of Bergamot, Grapefruit, and Myers lemon. The flavor is herbal with notes of Angelica, Cardamom, and the palate is left with lively notes of pepper and Juniper.

Botanica Spiritvs Gin is produced in less than 300 bottles per batch.
It is a vapor infused Gin where the alcohol vapor extracts the flavors from the botanicals during distillation. The base alcohol is Non-GMO grain spirit that has been 6 times distilled and then carbon filtered to remove all impurities. Since some of the botanicals are distilled in season and not available year round. Each batch is the product of 2-3 separate distillations that are then blended and allowed to age for a period of three weeks before being brought to bottling strength of 45% ABV. The high proof gin is brought to bottling strength using cucumber water that is prepared by macerating fresh fragrant Persian cucumbers and then adding water from the Sierra Mountains and freezing the mixture to burst the cells open and thus releasing the cucumber flavor. The frozen mixture is thawed, vacuum filtered, and then used to bring the gin to bottling strength. This mixture is allowed to rest at least a day and then polished by bringing the gin to 4 degrees Celsius and then passing them through six stage diatomaceous earth filters; bottled and hand labeled with a stamp signifying the batch number.
