Carlos has created more than 260 monumental sculptures throughout Mexico and is also licensed in restoration by the INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History). Each handcrafted crystal bottle is paired with a clay armor plate and are bound together by stucco. Each armor plate is about 2.5mm thick. It takes about 7 days to make a single clay bottle. Finally, skilled artisans place a unique clay medallion on the heart of each bottle.
